Over the past few weeks, our presenters have been out and about, meeting some of the fantastic people at the projects we’re supporting through this year’s appeal. 

Emma Bunton headed to North London to meet some of the young carers supported by Barnet Carers Centre. 

The centre currently supports almost 650 young people who look after a family member through a range of services including fortnightly clubs, counselling, mentoring sessions and outings.
