Jennifer Lopez has finally unloaded her bachelorette pad in Cali -- officially cutting ties with the last part of her single life -- before marrying Ben Affleck last year.
Real estate sources tell TMZ, J Lo recently sold her Bel-Air mansion for a cool $34 million -- this after first listing it back in February. She made a nice profit, especially when you consider she first bought it in 2016 for about $28 mil.

Still, we're told the sale was a record for the area -- so there's still reason to celebrate.
