It all went down at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel where Noah mingled with 'AHS' themed characters like the bearded lady, little people with lobster hands and of course ... Twisty, the murdering clown.

Noah had Miley sing 'Happy Birthday' while older sister Brandi spun tunes. The best part -- instead of goody bags, all guests got hair and makeup done by celebrity favorite glam squad beGlammed.
