Controversial comedian Russell Brand has managed to charm the devout Christian parents of his girlfriend Katy Perry. The couple joined pastors Keith and Mary Hudson on an Austrian holiday and, despite their differences of opinion everyone seems to have hit it off. Speaking at The Way Family Church in California, Mrs Hudson said: "There are parts of Russell's book [My Booky Wook] where he's hungry for positive influences in his life," she said. "I think the two of them are hungry. They are basically seeking the truth from God - and they are going to find it." Katy's mother also hinted that the pair were thinking about marriage.
