Two men have been charged with a stabbing on Halloween in a park in Nuneaton.
This afternoon the police named the 20-year-old killed as Morgan Hehir.
Morgan's family have said "Morgan was tragically taken so soon. He was much loved by us and will be missed by so many."
A total of seven arrests have been made over Morgan's death and this evening two people have been charged with murder and wounding.
Declan Jau Gray aged 20 and Karlton Mark Gray aged 18 both of Waverley Square, Nuneaton are due at Leamington Magistrates tomorrow morning (Wednesday 4th November).
A 39 year old man remains in custody arrested on suspicion of murder. Two men aged 36 and 41 who were arrested on suspicion of murder, and a 16 year old girl who was arrested on suspicion of assisting offenders have been released on bail whilst further enquiries are carried out.The men are bailed until 14th December, whilst the girl is bailed until 12th December.
Morgan died at Universal Hospital Coventry following an incident which occurred at approximately 9.26pm on Saturday (31st October) at Pool Bank Recreational Park off Queens Road in Nuneaton. It is believed his injuries were caused with a bladed weapon.
A second man received multiple stab wounds which were not life threatening or life changing. He was taken to University Hospital Coventry but later discharged.
